Blue Angels take Westmoreland airshow to new heights

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels do a final flyover in formation before landing at the 2021 Shop ’n Save Westmoreland County Airshow on Sunday at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Unity Township. Rainy weather grounded the Blue Angels during the first scheduled day of the airshow on Saturday, but they came roaring back on Sunday with a spectacular aerial display in the skies over the Latrobe area. In the lower photo, the Blue Angels make an inverted pass in very tight formation. See more photos on Page A1. PHOTOS BY MIKE PEDICONE
