Valerie Elissa Dunlap of Rock Hill, South Carolina, (formerly of Hostetter) and Trevor William Kerr of Smithville, Ohio, pledged vows of marriage Saturday, June 29, 2019, in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Youngstown.
