The Unity Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 beginning at 6:00 P.M. in the Supervisors’ Meeting Room, Unity Township Municipal Building, 154 Beatty County Road, Latrobe, Pennsylvania 15650 on the request of Michael and Audrey Kromel for dimensional variances to construct an accessory garage on property located at 2001 Station Road, Latrobe (Unity Township), PA 15650. The property contains approximately 0.8844 acres of land , a single-family home, bears Westmoreland County Tax Map Parcel No. 61-08-16-0- 046 and is located in the R1 Zoning District. A complete copy of the application referenced above is available for review and photocopy in the Unity Township Zoning/Code Enforcement Office during normal business hours. Any person having an interest in the above matter should make arrangements to attend the hearing at the time, date and place set forth above. Any person requiring special accommodations to attend should contact the Unity Township Zoning Officer at least 24 hours in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

NOTICE

The Laurel Mountain Borough Council will hold its regular meetings for November 2018 through March 2019 the third Wednesday of each of those months at 7:30 p.m. at the Laughlintown Community Center. The April 2019 through October 2019 meetings of the Council will be held at the Laurel Mountain Park shelter house also the third Wednesday of each of those months at 7:30 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of Supervisors of Unity Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. in the Supervisors’ Meeting Room, Unity Township Municipal Building, 154 Beatty County Road, Latrobe, Pennsylvania 15650, on the request of Grayhawk, LLC for a modification of Phase 2 and Phase 4 of its Planned Residential Development located between the terminus of the paved portion of Grayhawk Court and Johnson Road for the construction of approximately 35 residential dwelling units. The property consists of approximately 11.3 acres of land, without improvements, was previously approved by the Township for residential development as part of the Villas of Grayhawk Plan recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Westmoreland County at Instrument No. 200410040059319 and is located in the B3 Zoning District.

A complete copy of the application set forth above is available for review and photocopy in the Unity Township Zoning Office during normal business hours. Any person having an interest in these matters should make arrangements to attend the hearing at the time, date and place set forth above.
